What are those people doing on the scaffolding – taking lessons in how to referee 3-d wrestling?
I had assumed they were restoring the art.
But it being Florence, other strong possibilities include:
1. Smoking 2. Talking on cell phones 3. Being beautifully dressed, all the time 4. Eating gelato 5. Smoking 6. Speaking Italian, very fast 7. Smoking
The woman on the top level looks as if she’s playing a piano. She’s probably also smoking.
