It’s sort of kludgy. I go to export, then tell it to mail a copy in jpg format, then copy the jpg from the email to my desktop, then post. You could also print as PDF and then use photoshop to convert to jpg. Or, on a Mac, you could use Command (apple key) / shift / 4 to capture the image from your screen.
